Gyro King currently has four locations: Alpharetta, Sandy Springs, Downtown and Georgia Technology Square. In either location you will experience a warm Greek greeting the minute you walk in before savoring our authentic Greek food. For those who have traveled to Greece or the Greek Islands, you will feel nostalgic for those great memories you experienced there.
Our most famous sandwich is our Gyro which is absolutely huge. We fill it with lamb gyro meat, lettuce, tomato and onion before topping it with our home made tatziki sauce (which we make from yogurt, garlic and fresh dill). Another great sandwich is our chicken gyro. We marinate our chicken breast in olive oil, oregano, spices and garlic before we grill it, slice it thin, then serve it with lettuce, tomato, onion and our delicious tatziki sauce.
We have many Greek items on our menu such as Moussaka, the famous eggplant casserole with spiced beef topped with baked Bechamel sauce. We also have Pastichio, the Greek version of lasagna. We have other entrees such as Lamb, Beef and Chicken Kabobs. For Vegetarians, we have our delicious Stuffed Eggplant served with a side of rice pilaff. For those who want to try an exotic mediterranean dinner, try either our Falafel sandwich or Falafel Plate.
For those that like small plate items, try our Spanakopitas, Dolmades, Hummus, Tatziki and more.

i always stick with the lamb gyro. it's the best i've ever had. i have sent numerous others here, and they love it. the gyro is loaded to the point that it's difficult to eat. :)
if you want to try a twist on your gyro, ask for a little hummus spread on the inside. happy this place opened because i'm a fan of the mothership restaurant, taverna plaka.
if you're looking or a gyro or other simplistic greek plates, try it.

They use shaved meat in the gyro which I really appreciate. And they put a lot meat in the gyro. The money really worth it!

The first 4 star rating from fatjimi for lunch joints in the area. Great gyro for $6. Tsaziki was great-they give you an extra one for Togo orders at no charge! They're generous with the meat - no mall gyro here. Fries were soggy limp but had good seasoning on them. If not for that, no togo salt packs and the fact that cheese was -gasp- $1.25 they'd get five stars. Very clean. On the weekly rotation. 2nd best gyro to (drumroll) Christo's!
